The octagonal mixer features a simple and practical structure, primarily used for mixing seasoning powders in the final stages of food preparation or for mixing ingredients before coating. The stainless steel octagonal barrel avoids the drawbacks of a spherical mixing barrel, which can cause uneven mixing and lack of agitation. It quickly blends ingredients with the desired seasoning and automatically tilts the ingredients out of the barrel, achieving automatic mixing and discharging. It is also easy to clean and disinfect, eliminating dead corners. Designed and manufactured to suit the shape and characteristics of fried foods, it comes in both disc and octagonal shapes, making it a specialized machine for seasoning and mixing fried foods.
